Leighton was successfully awarded this HK$1.27B contract to construct two 305m bridges, 224m of cut and cover tunnel and 116m approach ramp as part of the new strategic East-West Highway in Hong Kong.

Vector was initially appointed to carry out tender quantities checking of all civil and structural works. Vector was also appointed to undertake a variety of post-contract services, including measurement of EI's, RFI's and re-measurement of reinforcement.
