The ICC is Hong Kong's tallest building and Permasteelisa, the world largest curtain walling company, was awarded the contract for the curtain wall and cladding works to the building facade. Vector was appointed by Permasteelisa for post-contract QS services, including measurement, variations and final account negotiation.
