Vector's pre-contract service provides a cost effective solution for tender quantities checks, BoQ preparation, estimating, tender audits, material scheduling and procurement works.

We specialize in tender measurement works for contractors, sub-contractors and consultants and have the ability to tackle the most challenging of works including civil, building, architectural finishes and specialist works such as MEP and curtain walling. Our projects have included high rise commercial buildings, mass transit railway stations, airport cargo buildings, military and naval works, highways, tunnelling and bridges. These projects have ranged in value from HK$1.0 Billion to HK$8.0 Billion.

Our team of surveyors fully understands the imposed time constraints of the modern day tender and we make it our goal to ensure that we never miss a deadline. We also provide continuous liaison and co-ordination during a project. We are experienced in a variety of measurement methods, including SMM7, CESMM3, POMI, etc. and can conform to any particular style or requirement.
