This is an NEC form of Contract project and the contractor required Vector to carry out quantity checks and prepare a full BoQ in a limited tender period.

The works mainly include; site formation of about 7.4 hectares; construction of new local distributor roads, widening of sections of existing roads and construction of associated infrastructural works including a public transport interchange, noise barriers, footpaths, cycle tracks, slopes, retaining walls, drainage, sewerage, landscaping works and other ancillary works.
