John comes from a background of project, contract and commercial management working for a national main contractor in UK and also consultants and sub-contractors in Hong Kong. He also has experience working in the Middle East and Taiwan. John has over 25 years experience in the industry, including 8 years managing his own company. He has overall managerial responsibility for the planning, strategy, marketing, client liaison and financial aspects of the company. In addition, he continues to be involved in claims, contract administration and dispute resolution works.
Director: K. T. Chan AHKICM
KT is our operations director in Guangzhou and is responsible for the day-to-day organisation of our surveying team, as well as hands-on work involvement. He is also responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff. His background of over 30 years in the industry has been predominantly with professional quantity surveying practices. KT has been involved in most types of construction projects and his experience includes preparing contract documents, tender documents and cost plans and providing project based quantity surveying support services.

François Bolduc has over 6 years of experience in construction project management, planning and delivery. François holds a construction engineering degree from Canada and a member of HKIBIM.
Integrated: Jay Zhu
Jay Zhu is an experienced MEP engineer and has successfully managed some of the largest BIM projects in Hong Kong and Macau. Jay holds a MSc in intelligent building technology and management.
