This new development sits on a land area of 7,400 square metres. The maximum total gross floor area is 35,350 square metres and the building will also include up to 500 further student hostel places.

Vector was employed by the contractor to assess the final account claim submissions of the reinforcement and formwork sub-contractors for the concrete structure.
