Dragages-Nishimatsu JV was awarded the contract to construct a 11km long storm water tunnel through HK island to alleviate excess surface storm water run-off via 34 no. intakes / drop-shaftts. The Contract Value was HK$2.7B.

Vector was appointed by the JV to carry out post-contract services to re-measure the final as-built conditions for all 34 no. intakes.
