This project involves the construction of an interchange station connecting the existing Central line, and the new South Island and Shatin-Central lines. It is a complex, top-down construction of 4 new basement levels in the existing Admiralty and was awarded to the Kier-Laing O'Rourke- Kaden JV for a Contract Sum of HK$2.4B.

Vector was appointed by the JV to carry out post-contract services for the measurement of numerous variations issued under EI's.
