This is the southern part of the new Kowloon Terminal Building for the high-speed rail project between HK and GZ and is a 4-level underground enclosure comprising station platforms, overruns, car parking, plant rooms and ventilation shafts. This HK$3.32B Contract was awarded to the Laing O’Rourke-Hsin Chong-Paul Y JV.

Vector has been employed by the JV contractor for 4 years to undertake numerous packages of EI variations, re-measurement of major packages such as reinforcement, formwork and ABWF, and review / assessment of various sub-contractor claims.
