This is a HK$6.2B project involving the construction of a 5-level terminal building, extension of the APM tunnel, new taxi-ways and extension of the south runway road.

During tender, Vector was appointed by Leighton to carry out quantity checking works for the primary structural elements (concrete, formwork and reinforcement) and by Gammon to undertake quantity checking of ABWF works within the terminal building.

Vector was appointed by the Leighton-China State-Van Oord JV to undertake a re-measurement exercise for the road underpass and ferry pier superstructure.
