This building has a RC structure with a steel frame structure at roof level. The facade comprises a curtain wall system, external cladding and glass canopies. The building will accommodate the Hong Kong’s largest Telebet Centre, an Integrated Call Centre, HKJC’s IT Department, Broadcasting Department facilities including their television studios.

Vector was employed by the contractor for the preparation of post-contract variations, for all aspects of works, for the submission of final account to the client.
